Once you accept your offer, you'll schedule a pickup time that works for you. Yes, you or someone you authorize needs to be present at pickup to hand over the title, receive the check, and sign off. Our pickup partner will do a quick condition check and you'll be done.

When do I get paid and how?

You get a check handed to you at the time of pickup—on the spot, right when your car is picked up. We don't mail it later, we don't do wire transfers. Check in hand, same day as pickup.
